Warwick Wright, Principal
Warwick Wright has experience in complex property issues, trust law, public works compensation claims, charity and business law. Warwick has more than 40 years’ experience as a lawyer.
Warwick has provided advice and strategies in a wide range of Public Works Act 1981 compensation claims.
He has acted for major public and charitable corporations, alongside individuals, on complex acquisitions by the Ministry of Education, Waka Kotahi NZTA, Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, and local authorities throughout New Zealand.
Warwick has represented numerous land owners in relation to partial or full acquisitions for roading infrastructure.
Warwick also assists accountants and law firms with respect to their clients’ PWA acquisition issues.
Warwick has many years experience in providing assistance and advice concerning the establishment and administration of charitable trusts and charitable corporations.
Megan Chee, Senior Associate
Megan graduated from University of Waikato and has practiced law since 2012. Megan works closely with clients, their families, and small-medium businesses on a wide range of property and private client matters.
She is experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions, trust matters as well as company and private client work. She also advises on contracting out agreement and relationship property matters.
With a commitment to excellence and a compassionate approach, she is an effective and reliable lawyer. Originally from Malaysia, Megan is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and yoga.
Jonathan De Silva, Solicitor
Jonathan joined Rainey Collins Wright in November 2021 and has experience with Property and Conveyancing transactions as well as Trusts, Estates, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Public Works Act Compensation.
