Warwick Wright

Warwick has more than 50 years’ experience as a lawyer. For the past 35 years he has specialised in public works compensation claims.

He acts for a wide range of clients from major corporations through to family homeowners confronted with the prospect of losing their property because of proposed public works. Warwick provides competent professional advice and strategies to ensure landowners understand and expeditiously receive their legal entitlement to full compensation.

Warwick negotiates with the authorities and guides the landowner through the processes which can sometimes be difficult and traumatic. His experience will help to smooth out these processes.

Jonathan De Silva

Jonathan graduated from University of Auckland, and he joined the firm in November 2021.

He has experience in all property related transactions and has been working in the firm assisting in a wide range of matters related to trust and estates, family law and public works compensation claims. Lu Wang

Lu Wang began her legal career in 2010 at a boutique law firm, specialising in property and conveyancing. She then spent eight years at a mid-size law firm, where she honed her expertise in property transactions and subdivisions.

Lu holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Commercial Law and Economics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Law. She is also pursuing a New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies, continuously enhancing her legal knowledge and skills. Having joined the firm in April 2024, she is the first point of contact for general inquiries, and she works closely with the team on property and private client matters.

Outside of work, Lu enjoys socialising with friends, traveling, and car racing. She is also passionate in soccer, playing piano and drums in a band.

Daisy is currently in her fourth year pursuing a Law and Commerce conjoint degree at the University of Auckland. She has consistently exceeded expectations in her role since she joined the firm in 2023.

Daisy’s responsibilities extend beyond typical clerical duties. While she efficiently manages the front desk, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism, she also provides exceptional support to the team.
